Biography
From early childhood, I wanted to be a doctor. As part of my undergraduate medical studies, I specialised in nutrition, gaining a first class honours degree in 1993. I qualified as a doctor in 1996 and subsequently trained as a GP. I am a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
More recently, I have worked as a family doctor in NHS practices in Dulwich Village and in Wapping. Most recently, I worked as a private family doctor in Canary Wharf, where the majority of my clients were employees of investment banks and city law firms.
I am passionate about the impact of food on our health and well being. I have decided to follow this interest by establishing Love Food Live Life which marries my medical qualifications and training with a focus on nutrition.
For several years, I was a family doctor in London. Subsequently, I followed my interest in preventative health by working for a company that offered executive health assessments, largely to city professionals.
However, I am most passionate about the interplay of food, health and wellbeing and hence in 2008, I established Love Food Live Life on Harley St, London. I moved to Hong Kong in 2010 and have continued working with clients to help them to achieve weight loss, by developing a more healthy relationship with food.
